THE NBFFL

We don't play for money. We don't play for fun. We play for pride.

Welcome to Fantasy Football Central. You thought Army-Navy was a rivalry? Wait until you see Sirius vs. Sitka. And maybe even San Antonio-Victoria. There, I mentioned you. Happy Terry?

From The Madness VI (subtitled "oh no, not Steve again")...

The 2000 tourneys were punctuated by the lack of oddity in the first round. Steve looked dead in the water halfway through round 1, then peeled off a fantastic run at the end of round 1/beginning of 2, seemingly unable to lose. Unhappy (as usual when he wins) with picks like Florida and UNC on the men's, he watched them slosh their way to the final four and let him cruise to the finals. Dan & Wendy put up a nice fight, thanks to Nova falling just short of qualification and Wendy probably put the list together...:). Terry was in it too, falling a wee bit short when all his women's teams went on strike in the 3rd round, putting up that 0-5 spot. Ben was happy to briefly lead his pool for a time, however short it was (an hour or two).
