I am currently pursuing my master degree in Financial Engineering Program at the University of Michigan. Financial Engineering is an exciting area which applies advanced mathematical methods and computer technology to financial markets and financial management.

I was a graduate student research assistant in School of Information at the University of Michigan before I joined Financial Engineering Program. I worked on many Information Retrieval and Natural Language Processing projects. More information is available on my Previous Research page.

Before I came to the United States, I studied in Peking University for 7 years, where I got my Bachelor degree in Information with minor in Computer Science in 1997 and my Master degree in Information in 2000.
